Dalco has asked ESA to support in this problem. ESA has with their specific knowledge built up a reputation in solving odor-related problems.
After a detailed study ESA proposed to do a test based on chemical oxidation. With the test equipment is a partial flow of 500 m3 / h decreased from the Dalco process. The test equipment consists of four interlinked scrubber towers. Allows all possible variants are tested for their performance. Ultimately, a “four step scrubbing” is advised. The ESA “four step scrubbing” is elaborated by ESA so that it meets the requested criteria of Dalco.. Criteria included space, use and minimal maintenance.
With the ESA “four step scrubbing” concept, Dalco meets the environmental requirements and there are no complaints from the environment.
